Insert a picture or clip art in Microsoft Word

Insert clip art

1. On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Clip Art.
   
   
   
2. In the Clip Art task pane, in the Search for text box, type in all or some of the file name of the clip art.
3. Click Go.

Insert a picture

1. On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Picture.
   
   
   
2. Locate the picture that you want to insert. For example, you might have a picture file located in My Documents.
3. Double-click the picture that you want to insert.
